How far in advance do I need to book this?
Minimum 4 weeks before your launch date. Ideal is 6 weeks. Rush delivery (under 4 weeks) available for +$1,000 rush fee.
What if I don’t have all my content ready?
We can’t start without your content. Timeline begins when you provide: sales copy, course materials/retreat details, payment structure. Late content = delayed launch (your problem, not ours).
Can you write my sales page copy?
No. You provide copy, we build the page. If you need copywriting help, hire a copywriter first, then come to us for tech.
What platforms do you use for content delivery?
WordPress-based systems. LearnDash for courses, custom dashboards for retreats/programs. Works on your existing WordPress site.
What if something breaks after the 7-day support period?
You fix it yourself OR join Fuck the Overwhelm Club ($349/mo) for ongoing monitoring/fixes OR purchase a fix service (Booking Flow Fix, Payment Processor Fix, etc.).
Can I launch multiple things with this?
No. One launch = one purchase. Launching a retreat AND a course? That’s two separate purchases ($3,997 each) or join Empire Co-Conspirator for unlimited builds.
Refunds?
No refunds. This is custom work on your specific launch. Once we start building, work is done.
